Preferred Construction Company started as a family owned business in Parker, Colorado in 1991. That year PCC started specializing in residential work around Parker. Since then PCC has expanded into commercial construction across Douglas County and surrounding areas.
As a family owned and operated business, Preferred Construction Company has been a staple in commercial and residential construction for the past 26 years.
